The BEST customer service! Last Sat., I broke a pair of sunglasses my sweet daughter bought me. I wanted to replace them with an identical pair and found them at Rochester Running Co online. They shipped them out super quickly, and when I had a question about my order and tracking #, the sweetest lady answered the phone each time. My sunglasses arrived today and I could NOT be happier!
