What is it?

Jonathan Griffiths, store owner, wants to personally run every street in Rochester, and we wanted to see if you would join.

While Jonathan's personal goal may take a little bit longer, as a collective group we believe we can cover every street in Rochester over the next two months. We'll have a map of the city streets, filling it in as we go, to keep you updated on which ones we still need to run.

We think that it will be a fun community project that everyone can work on completing!

How Does It Work?

1.

Plan out your route after checking our map, updated every few days.

2.

Record yourself running this route with a phone, GPS watch, or draw the map afterwards.

3.

Send the map to us via Facebook or Instagram message, email, or uploading the file through the link below.

We will have a huge map on the wall of Rochester Running Co with every street on it. The map will include: Rochester, Irondequoit, Webster, Penfield, Fairport, East Rochester, Pittsford, Brighton, Gates and Greece.

As we (and you) go on runs, you will post a map of your run and we'll fill in the streets on ours! It's pretty simple: we are finished when every street on our map is filled!

You can send us your runs by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram, uploading them below, or emailing them to rochesterrunningco@gmail.com.

What's in it for me?

Prizes

During the challenge, we will pick random participants to win some RRC prizes! Qualifications include but are not limited to: most mileage, most enthusiastic, and all around cool person!

Limited Edition RRC Swag

As we run and complete certain parts of the city, we will make available limited edition Rochester Running Company apparel. The designs will feature visual aspects of the city and towns that we are running in!

Final Party

At the end of two months we'll have a party to celebrate and see how well we did!
